Your first 3 trial classes are completely free. No payment is taken to book a trial, so there is nothing to refund at that stage.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You are always free to change or cancel your plan for future months — there are no long-term contracts.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund for unused, prepaid classes within 7 days of your payment, provided the classes have not yet been taken.
To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp at +1 786 987 2154 or email admin@hidayahpath.com with your name and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Classes missed without notice are not refundable, but we are always happy to reschedule when you let your teacher or our team know in advance.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current month unless eligible under section 3.
